The camp operates fully on solar power, grows its own fresh produce and helps guests live plastic free by providing refillable water flasks. Ilkeliani’s experienced safari guides know the region intimately. Most of the guides come from the local communities, and have been part of the team for many years. Having done their training in the Maasai Mara, developing their knowledge of the terrain and studying the behaviour of the resident animals, they are best placed to find even those creatures that love to conceal themselves.
